We bought our trailer 2 years ago and it was a great buying experience. The walk through was thorough and never have had any major issues. Any problems I did have Perry was online or texting or in person to help me with the solution.I have never had it back for any work and the few minor things I can do myself.Just travelled across Canada with only one problem (my bad), forgot the awning in a sudden rainstorm and bent one of the awning arms. For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond. If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there. Since purchasing my motorhome here in 2020 all the staff have been exceptional. I have had numerous visits and texts and without a doubt they go above and beyond!
