Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail customers with parts and accessory purchases

  • Process payments, manage transactions, and restock inventory

  • Provide accurate parts information, pricing, and availability

  • Track and follow up on orders and backorders

  • Support marketing efforts and help develop advertising plans for parts and accessories

  • Participate in dealership events, promotions, and trade shows

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Knowledge of RV parts and installation methods (preferred)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with order processing

  • Ability to research and suggest substitute parts for obsolete items

  • Comfortable working shift work, weekends, and holidays

  • Able to lift and move inventory as required

Job Title: Salesperson

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their RV needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the RV purchasing process, providing information on features, options, and financing.
Conduct RV tours and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of different models.
Assist customers in selecting the RV that best fits their lifestyle, budget, and travel plans.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Sales experience is an asset, but we will train the right candidate.
Knowledge of RVs and the outdoor lifestyle is preferred.
Real estate agents with a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.

If you enjoy variety in your work, have an aptitude for mechanical and electrical work and have a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving with creativity, you will love a career as a Recreation Vehicle Service Technician. 

The Recreation Vehicle Service Technician is trained to service and repair everything found in an RV except the engine. The opportunities for growth are truly endless and the skills acquired, whether technical or business, are completely transferrable. 

Recreation Vehicle Service Technicians work on motorhomes and towables: travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, teardrop trailer, pop-up trailer, toy hauler, truck camper, destination trailer, hybrid trailer and park model. Within these vehicle types, they work on systems and components including: electrical components, plumbing, propane gas components, appliances, exterior and interior components, structural frames and towing systems.

RV-Tech-trades

To enter an apprenticeship, you must have the educational qualifications required or recommended education for the trade to which you apply.
Entrance requirements are monitored and set by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
