Job Title: Salesperson
Location: Nisku

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their RV needs and preferences.
  • Guide customers through the RV purchasing process, providing information on features, options, and financing.
  • Conduct RV tours and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of different models.
  • Assist customers in selecting the RV that best fits their lifestyle, budget, and travel plans.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Sales experience is an asset, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of RVs and the outdoor lifestyle is preferred.

As an RV Service Advisor, you will be a vital part of our Service Team, responsible for ensuring our clients receive a top-notch servicing experience. Job Position: Retail Parts & Accessories Associate
Location: Nisku

RV City is a well-established dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service in the recreational vehicle industry. We are looking for energetic and organized individuals to join our growing Service Team at our Nisku, Alberta location.

Job Description:

As a Retail Parts & Accessories Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with retail customer purchases, restocking shelves, handling payments, and participating in various dealership activities. Your responsibilities will also include developing advertising and marketing plans and assisting with dealership sales events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their retail purchases of parts and accessories.
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory.
  • Develop and execute advertising and marketing plans.
  • Assist with dealership sales events and trade shows.
  • Provide parts information and pricing to customers.
  • Verify prices and enter orders into the computer system.
  • Analyze customer requests for parts and provide substitute parts information for obsolete or upgraded parts.
  • Follow up on back orders and provide customers with status updates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, service centers, and consumers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of parts locations, uses, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to work shift work, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good physical health (some lifting required).
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order processing.
