We purchased our Jayco 5th wheel from RV City in Morinville last fall. Travis was our sales person when we went to pick it up there was a issue with one of the slides. They determined it was a factory issue but assured us that it would be professionally repaired and delivered to us in 3 weeks. Between the management and service dept. we were very fairly compensated and our unit came as promised and winterized. We have only got to take it out this week and everything works as promised. For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond. If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there.
