Well where do I start... Just purchased a Jayco Motorhome from RV City and being new to the area, I must say they are the most friendly, helpful and professional dealership in the Edmonton area. I have been shopping for two months and hit just about every dealership from Edmonton to Stoney and they, (RV City) is second to none. I must mention Dale in sales is an awesome individual who is very knowledgeable with no sales pressure and can't forget Reception who always has a smile and of course thanks to Ashley in the back office. For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond. If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there. Since purchasing my motorhome here in 2020 all the staff have been exceptional. I have had numerous visits and texts and without a doubt they go above and beyond!
