We purchased our Jayco 5th wheel from RV City in Morinville last fall. Travis was our sales person when we went to pick it up there was a issue with one of the slides. They determined it was a factory issue but assured us that it would be professionally repaired and delivered to us in 3 weeks. Between the management and service dept. we were very fairly compensated and our unit came as promised and winterized. We have only got to take it out this week and everything works as promised.
