It was prompt and good service. The care in detail , listening to our needs , and showing a good trailer that provided this need. They cleaned it ,and many touch up later we got it. The entire staff at RV City are amazing! Every time I've been here, I've been impressed how the company is dedicated to helping customers enjoy the RV lifestyle. They can help with anything from a small tent trailer to a full size luxury coach. They have a huge inventory and the entire team is dedicated to their client's happiness. The huge service department can handling anything from minor fixes to major repairs. They also have a well-stocked parts and accessories department which is scary for me because I love "stuff"! No matter what you're looking for, they either have it in stock or can get it for you. Much of the staff has worked at RV city for years and years - a testament to the management's leadership, values, and vision. If you are considering an RV or need help with your own, you'll be impressed with their excellent customer service for anything RV related. I had purchased a used tent trailer online and unfortunately didn’t check it thoroughly and yes I had to gut and refurbished it. However couldn’t get electrical to work. I took unit into Rv City Nisku to have them look at it. Expecting the worse I got a call saying a switch hadn’t been flipped and so just partial labour to raise lid and replace. Approximately 85$. Wow. They could have hosed me for converter and labour etc etc!!Well done!! Integrity is a must in my book and they truly defined it in positive way! I have now bought a Jayco Hummingbird and my boys and I love it. Had it back for some minor warranty work which was done quickly and efficiently. Great front and backend staff. Kevin the manager is awesome as well! I would truly recommend Rv Nisku based on my positive experience. It’s a smaller business which makes interactions very personal. Well done!! Cheers ?? - Al

We bought our trailer 2 years ago and it was a great buying experience. The walk through was thorough and never have had any major issues. Any problems I did have Perry was online or texting or in person to help me with the solution.I have never had it back for any work and the few minor things I can do myself.Just travelled across Canada with only one problem (my bad), forgot the awning in a sudden rainstorm and bent one of the awning arms. Just another story for the memory bank. - Ray
