I am writing to comment on the treatment we've received from RV City after purchasing a new travel trailer in the summer of 2008. To begin with, at the time of pickup we received a very valuable and worthwhile walk-through from one of your staff. It acquainted us with everything we needed to know, including all systems, to fully enjoy our new RV. The gentleman who guided us through what we needed to know also ensured our hitch was setup properly for towing the new trailer. I was VERY impressed by this. Most places are all too happy to sell you something but as soon as sale is complete, can't get rid of you quickly enough. Upon getting our new RV home that day we discovered we didn't have our keys. The gentleman who did the walk-through for us forgot to give them to us. I called your store immediately and after a couple of minutes on the phone it was decided that he would bring us our keys. Since this meant a 2-hour round trip for him I was not only pleased, but in all honesty, I was astonished too. I had expected to do the trip myself since it really was my mistake to not ask for the keys. Again, RV City went above and beyond in providing customer satisfaction. This spring, we opened our trailer in order to begin preparing it for the summer only to discover the linoleum had cracked quite seriously. My wife called and spoke with RV City's service dept. and found out this was not an isolated incident. Apparently all models that had been built in the same plant had received this linoleum. We were told to bring it in and that RV City would fix it. I brought it in on Saturday April 18/09. On the following Friday, April 24th, we received a call saying our RV was ready. I was pleased beyond words at the speed with which our RV was prepared. Your staff are all extremely pleasant as well as well trained and I am so pleased with the professionalism displayed by your staff. I am very happy to have come to RV City. For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond. If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there. Since purchasing my motorhome here in 2020 all the staff have been exceptional. I have had numerous visits and texts and without a doubt they go above and beyond! I have mainly had dealing with Kim and she has proven to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I want to thank all of the staff for making my transition to a motorhome owner flawless. - Sandy
