My wife Barbara and I were out looking at new Jayco travel trailers on last Friday afternoon. We had in mind a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 294CKBS. Our salesperson Duane offered for us to look at 3 trailers in order for him to get a feel for what we were looking for. Off we went, we looked at the Eagle and from our feedback Duane took us to the the other 2 and a 3rd. From the feedback we looked at 2 more travel trailers and the a 6th. We regrouped in Duane's office and he helped us narrow or search down to 2 trailers. we went back and forth 3 times between the 2. Duane always leaving us to chat about what we liked and disliked. The was no pressure and plenty of space given, a nice change considering how many high pressure RV lots we've been on over the last 2 years. We made our choice, The 2022 Jayco White Hawk 27RK Double Entry. The time now was 4pm on Friday of the August Long Weekend. The business department helped us put the paper work together, I went to the bank to get the Bank Draft for the Purchase. The Sales Manager Everett Cardinal came and met me at the bank while Barbara was off feeding the puppies! We picked up the trailer Saturday afternoon and we were camping! We've had some post purchase manufacturing issues, however the teams in Morinville and Nisku have gone above and beyond to ensure all is perfect with our new Jayco. For most I would say this is off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The staff is polite and helpful. They are a wealth of information and if they don't know the answer to your question they try and find the answer for you. I had a question about solar panels and asked a very specific question. They didn't know the answer right away but before I left they were able to respond. If you have an RV in tow, there is space to pull in and turn around. Parking is never an issue there. Since purchasing my motorhome here in 2020 all the staff have been exceptional. I have had numerous visits and texts and without a doubt they go above and beyond!
